Privacy Policy
Plain-language explanation of what AZ Injury Insider collects, how it is used, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Email addresses. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you submit through the signup form, along with the date of signup and the page you signed up from.
Standard technical data. Like nearly every website, our servers and analytics tools record ordinary log data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this in aggregate to understand which articles and rankings readers find useful.
We do not ask for, and do not want, details about your accident, injuries, or legal matter through this site. Please do not send confidential case information to us.
How we use it
Email addresses are used to send our monthly digest, occasional site updates, and notices about new rankings or corrections. Technical data is used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
We never sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use third-party email service providers to deliver our messages. Those providers process subscriber data solely to send our emails on our behalf and to record delivery outcomes (delivered, bounced, unsubscribed). They are not permitted to use your address for their own purposes. Similarly, our hosting and analytics providers process technical data solely to provide those services to us.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and permanently — once you opt out, your address is suppressed from future sends. You can also unsubscribe by emailing editorial@azinjuryinsider.com.
Data deletion requests
You may request deletion of your email address and any associated subscriber record at any time by emailing editorial@azinjuryinsider.com. We will confirm deletion by reply. Note that we retain a minimal suppression record of unsubscribed addresses where needed so that we do not accidentally email you again.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and for aggregate analytics that tell us how the site is used. Analytics data is not used to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not run third-party advertising networks on this site. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; the site remains usable if you do.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact editorial@azinjuryinsider.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
