Our commitment

AZ Injury Insider is committed to making this publication usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA (opens in a new tab) across every page of this site.

How we review and remediate

We actively review this site for accessibility barriers and fix the issues we find. Our ongoing process includes:

  • Automated accessibility testing of every published template and route.
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation checks of menus, forms, and interactive content.
  • Color-contrast verification of body text, labels, badges, and rankings UI.
  • Review of new articles, city rankings, and firm profiles before publication.
  • Remediation of reported barriers as a priority editorial task.

Measures already in place

  • A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a single H1 per page.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
  • Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast minimums.
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels and announced status messages.
  • Reduced-motion support for readers who prefer minimal animation.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we link to — including external law firm websites, court records, and state agency portals — is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Where we identify a barrier in our own content, we correct it.

Report an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us what page you were on and what happened. We respond to accessibility reports and work to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
